What a kick in the jingle bells.

I'm feeling a little low today. Yesterday my daughter got in trouble at school. Then I caught her trying to dispose of the note so I wouldn't see it.

Then our van wouldn't start last night.

I'm off to drown my sorrows in coffee and Xmas cookies.

Sorry you're feeling low... is the van working today? Maybe plan a trip this evening with the kids to see some Christmas lights in the neighborhood? Just uh, leave the candycanes at home.
