10. You can wear sweat clothes there, and no one cares!!
9. Men working on their delicious arms
8. No one is going to ask you for a drink/snack/your soul while your working out
7. Hey it beats housework!
6. You get to be alone.... ALONE!!
5. A great way to blow off steam so that when you face that annoying mom at school, you don't punch her in the face, or the teacher, or the driver in front of you.
4. It amps up the sex drive.
3. Now when you see someone at the grocery store, you have a REASON to look like a slob.
2. Bragging about the work you did is always fun!
And the number one reason for moms to go to the gym?
1...... You can listen to all the adult music you want, so pull out your old NWA cd's and listen to all the curse words you want!!!
This was list I came up with today while I was trying hard to pass time on the elliptical machine. I wasn't feeling it today, just wanted to go home, so I tried to be positive about it. It helped!!
