Slipknot Bassist Paul Gray Found Dead

Paul Gray of Slipknot was found dead by an employee in a hotel room in Urbandale, Iowa. No official cause of death has been revealed, but a drug overdose is thought to be the cause of death.
Paul Gray of Slipknot has a history of drug and alcohol abuse, but the announcement of a baby on the way seemed to be the dawn of a new era. Unfortunately, reports are stating the bassist died of a drug overdose though no official ruling has been released.
Paul Gray of Slipknot was born in Des Moines, Iowa on April 8, 1972. The bassist was known for his unique playing style. The bands first album was released in 1999. The album was self titled. Later albums were released in 2001, 2004, 2005 and 2008.
Prior to Paul Gray's death, he was arrested afte a car crash for possession of drugs, drug paraphenelia and traffic violations. The mug shot from the arrest was one of the few pictures ever published showing Paul Gray's face.
Slipknot is known for wearing masks on stage, in concert and in videos. Paul Gray of Slipknot first wore tape as a mask, but later switched to a more formula leather mask.
